These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products, programs, templates, courses, and materials (collectively, “Products”) offered by The Worth Club, a brand of PAPA Ventures, a sole proprietorship operated by Grace Clapham.

By purchasing or accessing any of our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products & Access

All Products are delivered digitally and are for personal, non-commercial use only. Access is granted via email, course platforms, or direct download after purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at checkout.

Sharing, reselling, or distributing our content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Please read product descriptions thoroughly and reach out before purchase if you have any questions.

3. Educational Use Only

Our Products are designed for informational and educational purposes and are not substitutes for therapy, financial advising, or medical care.

This includes, but is not limited to, practices involving emotional regulation, somatic awareness, and money mindset.

No client–practitioner relationship is formed
You are solely responsible for how you apply the content
We make no guarantees of outcomes or results

4. Intellectual Property

All materials—video, text, audio, graphics, scripts, frameworks, and bonus content—are the intellectual property of PAPA Ventures / The Worth Club.

You may not:

Reproduce or republish our content
Use our tools in your own products
Share login credentials or download links

Violations may result in revoked access and legal action.

5. Conduct & Boundaries

If your purchase includes access to a private community, learning platform, or live session, respectful participation is expected. We reserve the right to remove access without refund for harmful or inappropriate behavior.

6. Privacy

We protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time. We do not sell your data.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and any disputes will be resolved in that location.
